REGISTRATION

I am Dr. Wink Thompson of Emmaus Education Services. I am one of the administrators for the January 2019 Nyack and ATS trip to Israel. It is my responsibility to coordinate all the "in Israel" details of your trip. In order to effectively administer the trip I will need your cooperation. I will be in contact with you by email and phone requesting specific information from you. Please consider all my emails as high priority since much of the international management of your trip is time sensitive. I wish to thank you in advance for your timely cooperation when you receive one of my emails.

STUDENTS     
Nyack College students can earn BIB, HIS or ANT credit with Dr. Garcia.
NYCATS students can earn NT504 credit with Dr. Notley or TH605 credit with Dr. DeCaro.

     (1) As a student you must register both with the GSL office and with Emmaus. Please contact the GSL office for additional assistance, NCRC, 845-675-4525, gslassist@nyack.edu. The GSL registration link is: http://www.nyack.edu/content/gslapply
     (2) To register with Emmaus, begin the application process by clicking the Application tab at the top of this page. Although the Emmaus application mentions a $300 deposit, you can ignore that request at this time. As a student you are to make all payments to Student Financial Services. Do not pay Emmaus. Please contact the GSL office for additional payment assistance. 
     (3) You are required to supply Emmaus a color copy of the picture-page of your passport. Your copy will be used to help verify travel documents and any visa requirements. Once you submit an Application to Emmaus you will receive an email from Emmaus staff. In that email you will be provided three secure options on how to send this required documentation to Emmaus. It is important that you complete this requirement ASAP. 
     (4) You are required to maintain the GSL Payment Schedule.  

NON-STUDENTS

     (1) Non-student participants are to register with Emmaus (not the college) and all payments are to be made to Emmaus. To register with Emmaus, begin the application process by clicking the Application tab at the top of this page. 
     (2) You are required to supply Emmaus a color copy of the picture-page of your passport. Your copy will be used to help verify travel documents and any visa requirements. Once you submit an Application to Emmaus you will receive an email from Emmaus staff. In that email you will be provided three secure options on how to send this required documentation to Emmaus. It is important that you complete this requirement ASAP.

NOTE
This trip requires a minimum of 15 participants.
